That's very interesting!
Looks like the store owner made up this poetic message with ancient Chinese, that's why it'd need a linguist specialized in that field to decipher. Also it could mean much more to someone who knew a background story.
From my humble point of view:
攸 = to relax; to retired
玉人 = beautiful person
何处 = where; somewhere
舞剑潇 = to play/practice the sword
