Hi Danilo,

Haha, I like 蕃茄炒蛋 more than 芙蓉蛋 as well, and that's one of my signature dishes (because it's so easy to make) Thanks for sharing with us!

唔好意思, 我頭先見呢個。

我附近酒家叫香港酒家食.但係我頭先實現我嘅爸爸嗰陣 煮食咗蕃茄炒蛋。我個陣唔知嗰個係中國菜。

我諗我仲鍾意比芙蓉蛋。

Sorry, I didn't see this until now.

I go to a local restaurant called, "Hong Kong zau2 gaa1". But I just realized that my Dad used to make tomato and scrambled eggs for me, but I didn't know that was a Chinese dish.

I think I like that even more than fu4 jung4 daan2.

Hi Danilo Buendia,

To break down the sentence 呢間鋪頭嘅雲吞麵係全香港最出名嘅, we can do it like this:

呢間鋪頭 (ni1 gaan1 pou3 tau2) "This shop"

嘅 (ge3) " 's"

雲吞麵 (wan4 tan1 min6) "wonton noddles"

係 (hai6) "is"

全香港 (cyun4 hoeng1 gong2) "all of Hong Kong"

最 (zeoi3) "the most"

出名 (ceot1 meng2) "famous"

嘅。 (ge3) "(subordinating particle)"

Let us know if you have any further questions, we are here to help!

Keep up the good work

Hi!

I am a bit confused on the literally sequence of words. Based on the cantoneseclass101 dictionary, I read:

This room(measure word) (lay?) head's wonton noodle is (all?) Hong Kong famous 's(possessive).

呢間鋪頭嘅雲吞麵係全香港最出名嘅。

ni1 gaan1 pou3 tau2 ge3 wan4 tan1 min6 hai6 cyun4 hoeng1 gong2 zeoi3 ceot1 meng2 ge3.

I know this is incorrect. Can you give me a literal break down please?
