Hi Danilo Buendia,

Good catch! We're sorry for the confusion, that's actually a typo

It should be 呢間 (ni1 gaan1), we have fixed it now.

Regarding 酒家 (zau2 gaa1), it can be used in both written and speech forms, but it means Chinese restaurants

eg. 海鮮酒家 (hoi2 sin1 zau2 gaa1) "(Chinese) seafood restaurant"

Also, I noticed that 酒家 is not in the CC101 dictionary.

都我知 酒家 唔內 廣東話一年一 字典.

Is there a reason? Is it acceptable to say in conversation or perhaps its strictly a written term?

點解? 得唔得講酒家? 淨係定寫低?

(唔好意思, 時代問題!)

『我鍾意呢間餐廳。

ngo5 zung1 ji3 ne1 gaan1 caan1 teng1.』

What determines how 『呢』 is pronounced?

Sometime its "ni1" and sometimes it's "ne1"? Are they interchangeable in pronunciation?

Hi 梅根,

Thanks the feedback and I'm glad you liked it.

We were experiencing some technical problems with the linking of the audios and vocab list earlier. But it should be fixed now for most of the lessons. Please feel free to contact us if there are still problems.
