Eric: Hi everyone, I'm Eric.
Siuling: And I'm Siuling.
Eric: In this lesson, you'll learn how to post and leave comments in Cantonese about being in a relationship. 阿偉 (aa3 wai5) changes his status to "In a relationship," posts an image of it, and leaves this comment-
Siuling: 戀愛ing (lyun2 oi3 ING)
Eric: Meaning "In love!" Listen to a reading of the post and the comments that follow.

Thanks for your question. 😉

D or 啲 (di1) means "-er" if combining with an adjective. In our dialogue, that is 好啲 (hou2 di1), combining with 好 (hou2) ~ good, so the meaning is "better" here. Giving another example, 快啲 (faai3 di1) ~ quicker.
