Sure, you can call yourself 自由行 (zi6 jau4 hang4) when travelling by yourself. 😉

增值 (zang1 zik6) and 充值(cung1 zik6 ) are the same meaning, but we use mainly 增值 (zang1 zik6) in Hong Kong. 儲值 (cyu5 zik6) is always used together with 卡 (kaat1) - 儲值卡 (cyu5 zik6 kaat1) ~ stored-value card.
