Hi Roberto,

Thanks for your question. Sure! ๐Ÿ˜‰

hai6 aa3 (Yes), fong3 m4 dou2 (I can't put it) hai2 mun4 hau2 gaak3 lei4 (by the door).

m4 dou2 is to negate "can put", and gaak3 lei4 means "next to", so hai2 mun4 hau2 gaak3 lei4 means "next to the door/by the door".

Hi, I'm enjoying these listening exercises but I think it would be good if the vocab list had the key words needed to answer the question (as this is for 'absolute beginners'). This one includes familiar words from previous exercises (maai5, daai6, for example) but doesn't include words for 'far', 'middle', etc. which are the key words. It would be great if the vocab lists could be revised so that they reflect the words that are likely to be new (or key) in each exercise. Just a suggestion!

Hi Penny lawton,

็›ก(zeon6) ~ reaching the limit

้ ญ(tau4)v~ literally means "head" . It also means "certain point of one end".

I would say (gam2 fong3 hai2 fong2 ge3 zeon6 tau4) sounds more natural.

่ง’่ฝ้ ญ(gok3 lok1 tau2) means "corner" . It is different from (zeon 6 tau 4).

Feel free to send us any other questions.

Thank you for braking the sentence down Would it be correct to use tau 4instead of zeon 6 tau 4 to mean the end of the room lo taai
