problem accessing lessons

Hello, I need assistance. I am a basic member. I can access the survival lessons at home (the computer I registered with) but when I log in at work, I can't access any beyond the first 3. They are light-red-ed out (kinda like grayed out) and I can not select them. Does anyone have any idea why?

Forgot to add that when I hover over the play button it says "Upgrade to Basic or Premium to access these great resources." I am already signed on on my work computer though and I already have a basic account. What should I do?

First of all, thank you for joining the site, and for your comments.

When you're at work, could you try logging out (hit the "Logout" button in the upper right hand corner)? Then sign in again by filling in the user name and password fields and clicking the sign in button next to the password field.
