Would love to get a lesson on the Hang Sang Stock Exchange, as well as the Exchange in Samjam (Shenzhen?)

I regularly go to Chinese restaurants which are usually owned by Cantonese speakers。 It would be good if I can learn how to order food in Cantonese, because sometimes the staff don't understand what I say in English or Mandarin.
