Yes! The site itself is free; however, there are several options available to upgrade and receive premium content.

What do I get for free? Top

The free account gives you access to the most recent lessons from the past three weeks as well as the first three lessons from any difficulty level. As we publish several lessons per week you'll receive countless hours of free audio lessons to stream or download!

How can I extend my subscription? Top

Your subscription can be extended via the Upgrade link in the top right corner of the screen as well as the Extend Subscription link on your Dashboard.

What forms of payment are accepted? Top

We proudly accept the following safe and secure payment methods:

PayPal: PayPal is an online global secure payment system. A PayPal account is NOT required — just enter your credit card information when you are redirected to the PayPal site.

Credit Card: Pay securely on our site using Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Our site encrypts your private information using a Comodo SSL Certificate.

Bank Wire Transfer (furikomi): If you are located in Japan and wish to pay using Bank Wire Transfer, please follow these steps:

How can I check my subscription information? Top

To verify your subscription information please sign in and click on My Account in the top right corner or in the Quick Links menu of the Dashboard. On the Account page is a link on the left side of the screen titled Subscription Settings. From there you'll be able to see your subscription history, and you can also cancel automatic renewals from this screen.

How can I cancel my subscription? Top

For your convenience, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of your term. You can easily cancel your membership and stop it from auto-renewing any time, online, 24 hours a day by following these simple steps:

  1. Log in to the website by entering your username and password at the top right of any page
  2. Click on the Account button in the top menu
  3. Click on Subscriptions Settings from the left navigation menu
  4. Click on the "Click here to stop this subscription from auto-renewing at the end of the term" link below your existing subscription

Please note that cancelling your subscription only prevents the next charge from kicking in: it does not suspend the service that you paid for in advance. Your subscription will remain active and fully functional until the paid through date listed on the My Account page. On that date, your account will cease to work and you will not be charged anymore. You don't have to wait until the last day to cancel your subscription.
